Newly renovated property! Entire home has been renovated for your stay. Peaceful, quiet home located just steps from the Neuse River. Fishing pier, and kayak launch. Recreation center steps away as well. Indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, game room. Rec center covers use for one family! Everything is here to enjoy your vacation. Downtown New Bern 15 minute drive and the beautiful North Carolina beaches are within 35 minutes. More pictures coming soon of our new ping pong table that will be set up in the game room!

We had a great stay in Fairfield Harbor. The house was perfect we had a great time playing ping pong. The communication with host was excellent they got back to me right away. We will definitely stay here again.

Great family place!

This home was perfect for our visit to see my son at Cherry Point! We all enjoyed the spacious and clean home, the indoor pool, the gym and the bicycles! The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and provided a well stocked kitchen. The ping pong table was awesome too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Harbour. The house was clean and spacious. We loved the area and hiked as well as kayaked in Broad Creek. Our hosts were accommodating and had good communication.

All went very well - the house is in such a great spot (close to downtown New Bern) - and the facilities (pool, gym, etc) were fantastic, and we used them all!! The house itself was lovely, clean, beds were great, and the everyone LOVED the ping pong table!!! Would love to come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed three bedroom house. Fairfield Harbour is very pleasant and our kids had fun in the pool. Getting out on the water with our kayak and SUP boards was easy. We appreciated our hosts for their good communication and restaurant recommendations in New Bern. We would definitely stay here again.

This place affords a family time to have fun together.We enjoyed playing ping pong and listening to records and CD’s. We Enjoyed walking thru the neighborhood along the old marina. The Recreation Center provides indoor swimming year round. It was comfortable even though we had every bed filled.

A lovely stay!

Cannot thank David and Terri enough for the use of their property! My fiance and I rented the house so we could get married in the lovely town of New Bern. Communication with the owners was a breeze. The place was well deoarated and had everything we needed on hand. I loved the set of woods at the back of the property! Will definitely stay there again!!
