So many great things about this house, but the one that stands out the most is the pool. Large screened in pool and a stand alone hot tub is exactly how we like it. The house itself has many other good features, like the kitchen, the master bathroom with its large walk-in shower, multiple kayaks, and the dock is great for sitting and fishing. Would definitely rent again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Very clean home with all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful view of the canal with a nice dock to fish off of. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Although the weather wasn’t the best with the nights being pretty cold, we still managed to enjoy the solar heated pool every day and the hot tub was a huge bonus!! We would happily return! Highly recommend.

Great vacay!

Beautiful place with great accommodations! Our kiddos really enjoyed the pool and I loved sitting on the dock at night watching the boats! We also rented a boat for the week and it was a great location to get to different beaches. Great place to stay!

We had such a great time here. Regina was super responsive and helpful. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation. The pool and hot tub were amazing, kayaks on the private dock, fishing equipment, beach umbrellas, toys, chairs, and towels galore. We can't wait to go back!

We originally booked Sunset Canal because we were looking at buying a house in Cape Coral and it checked the same boxes for what we wanted in a house. We loved the location on the water with large dock to sit under tiki hut, found the lanai area unmatched with pool and hot tub we used every day and loved it. We could highly recommend this house to everyone and we still wish we could find a house like it to purchase.

On the waterfront

Had a great time here property was very nice on the water saw dolphins at night and lots of fishGreat location and very comfortable place to stay good restaurants in the area. The owner was fantastic to work with.

Great house on the water!

The house is exactly as described. The owner was responsive to all our questions and gave us great beach and restaurant recommendations. The pool and breeze from the canal gave great respite from the heat. Even saw a dolphin swimming in the canal.

Absolute paradise

I can't say enough good things about the property owner, Regina. She was so fabulous to work with and so responsive to any needs we had! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the location is superb! Rent a boat if you can, the dolphin sightings were plentiful. Loved our trip and would definitely book this property again.

Great Property

Great property, we spent most of our time outside. The pool and the dock on the canal were great. We had a couple of minor issues that came up but Regina answered promptly and they were taken care of right away.

My familiy and I absolutely loved this home! The home is very spacious and clean. The pool was amazing and super warm which we spent most of the week in. The lanai had a great setup to sit outside and relax and watch the super bowl. We made use of the provided kayaks daily. We will be returning to Regina's home again.thanks Regina!

All around wonderful stay!

My husband and I, along with our 5 young kids (8 months - 7 years old), absolutely loved our time here! The kids lived in the pool and also enjoyed fishing from the dock. It’s a perfect location with tons of restaurant options and other attractions nearby. The house is beautiful, outdoor space was perfect and well used, and the beds were very comfortable! Regina is an excellent communicator and we had everything we could possibly need for our stay! We’d love to come back again!

Perfect House

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The house and location were absolutely perfect. The pool, hot tub and dock/channel provide plenty of activity for us and our kids. The location was private and quite, with plenty of options for shopping and dining. Other inclusions of kayaks, fishing poles and beach items (chairs, umbrellas, colors) was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend!
