Just as a note for future visits, the hot tub is typically maintained at a comfortable soaking temperature and does not normally require significant heating time. Depending on use and cover placement, guests may occasionally experience different starting temperatures, which can create the impression that it needs to be heated up quickly. The sofa had been replaced prior to your stay and no longer includes a pull-out bed; however, we regret that the listing description was not updated in time—this was our oversight, and we’ve since corrected it. For future guests, we’re happy to provide portable beds upon request to ensure everyone is comfortable. Regarding the grill, there are two propane tanks on the property, and one of them is filled and stored in the garage. Hi Hattie Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. While we appreciate the feedback, we respectfully dispute several of the claims made. We maintain high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and property readiness, and the home was prepared and inspected prior to arrival. If the reported issues—including missing shower curtain liners, an unswept kitchen floor, urine in a toilet, and non-functioning ice maker dispensers and dishwashers—had been present during the stay, we would have expected them to be reported so they could be promptly verified and addressed. Neither our team nor local management received any notification regarding these concerns. Notably, when the kitchen disposal became jammed after a substantial amount of chicken skins and bones was placed into it, we were notified immediately and responded accordingly. This demonstrates that guests had a clear and effective means of communicating issues to management. Had any of the concerns referenced above been reported, we would have taken immediate action. Given the lack of any report during the stay and our established inspection procedures, we are unable to substantiate these claims and respectfully disagree with the characterization of the property's condition. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and resolving any concerns promptly when they are brought to our attention. Sincerely Kenny

We are always available to assist guests and would have gladly addressed any issues had they been brought to our attention. We take pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction, and the property is regularly inspected to ensure all amenities are operating properly. Regarding the hot tub, heating is an optional add-on that was requested after arrival. We promptly activated the heat upon request, and no concerns were raised during the stay regarding its operation or temperature. The message we received was: "Good morning Can you send the invoice to heat the hot tub, some of the guests wanted to use the hot tub for 3 days please send the invoice. Thanks!" After the service was provided, payment for the agreed charge was disputed, requiring Vrbo's involvement to resolve the matter. We encourage all guests to contact us during their stay if anything does not meet expectations so we have the opportunity to help. Unfortunately, the concerns raised in this review were never communicated to us at the time. We remain committed to providing a quality experience and appreciate the many guests who recognize the care and standards we consistently uphold.
