The home is fully air-conditioned and sits on 600 m² of private garden grounds with a heated and secure pool. This beautiful holiday home is situated on a large, fenced-in lot. The house also features four terraces, two of which are covered, complete with outdoor furniture. By the pool, there is also a pool house equipped with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, a dining area, a refrigerator/freezer, a sink, a shower, and a bathroom.

Private, enclosed, and secure parking; a children’s slide; and a pétanque court. Upstairs, four modern and spacious bedrooms await you, along with two walk-in showers and two bathrooms.
The town of Sorgues is ideally located between the major cities of Avignon (12 km) and Carpentras (15 km), both of which are perfect for a fun day trip. The Avignon Nord highway exit is 5 km away. For shopping enthusiasts, one of France’s largest shopping districts is just 5 minutes away.
The town of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (20 km), nicknamed “Little Venice of Provence” because of the many canals that criss-cross it, is famous for its large antique market held every weekend, where you might just unearth a little treasure.
We also recommend picturesque towns such as Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Gordes (15–35 km). Avignon is full of treasures waiting to be discovered: the Palais des Papes, the Pont Cassé, and the colourful, bustling market halls that will immerse you in the gentle Provençal atmosphere. The theatre festival is a must-see. Orange, a Roman town, is also just 20 km away. Just 3 km from the house is France’s largest water park, “Splashworld,” and the “Spirou” park. For nature lovers, there are two breathtaking nature parks offering beautiful walks near Mont Ventoux or the Dentelles de Montmirail.
You can reach the beaches of Marseille—one of France’s largest and oldest cities—in 50 minutes. Montpellier is 50 minutes away.
