In the heart of the Provençal village of Aubignan, a stone's throw from the Dentelles de Montmirail and a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux, this beautiful traditional farmhouse has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With its private swimming pool, its green garden and pétanque court, it offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the gentle Provençal way of life with family or friends.

From the house, many options for hiking and cycling are available to nature lovers. Furthermore, the numerous wine cellars of Comtat Venaissin await you for unforgettable times.

The house sleeps 10, each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm x 190 cm and en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom including the 35m2 master suite with a sublime view of the Luberon. Still on the first floor, a third bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds and its large bathroom.

The house includes a cloakroom, 2 living rooms, a dining room. The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped, including 1 American refrigerator and 1 dishwasher.

The summer dining room under an arbor overlooks the swimming pool (12m x 6m). The 1500 m2 garden is fully landscaped. You will also enjoy a superb pétanque court from where the sunsets are magical. A large pool house is available for a nap in the shade and aperitifs with family and friends. Pool open all year long (not heathed).

For your comfort during your stay, end-of-stay cleaning is included.
