Super cute & comfy 1 bedroom apartment close to downtown (1.3 miles from the heart of downtown). One queen bed in bedroom one futon style couch in living room. Smart TV so you can access your own Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts (no cable provided). Nearby restaurants and bars, close to Chico State & all our adorable city has to offer. Home has 1 queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Quiet neighborhood with Charming homes.
