Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Savona, this 4-bedroom pool home makes a perfect vacation getaway. This home is Florida living with a spacious great room concept. The sliding glass doors leading to the lanai fully open to the living area, becoming a great entertainment space for you and your guests. The lanai faces south for wonderful sunning next to the pool.
The great room includes a dining space, living room with sleeper sofa, off entry seating area and fully equipped kitchen. The spilt bedrooms include a spacious master bedroom and private bath with large walk in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks. On the other side of the great room are three additional bedrooms and a hall bath with tub and shower which also serves as the pool bath. The front bedroom has two twin beds and second and third guest bedrooms each feature a king bed . Each bedroom features its own TV

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.
