Approximately 1000 square feet. Two car garage with additional third parking available perpendicular; boogie boards available for use; small pet friendly under the right circumstances; washing machine and dryer on premises; air conditioning in master bedroom; cable and wifi, absolutely no smoking in and near the property. Upper and lower units available: summer rental months from June 1-August 31 per month. Check VRBO website for per diem rates for all months.
