Enjoy a wonderful vacation at family friendly North Topsail Beach. Relax on the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunsets and ocean views. The two bedroom condo has been recently renovated with new vinyl plank flooring, kitchen cabinet doors, new toilets and bathroom vanities, fresh paint, new mattresses and furnishings. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home. Easily accessible with a ramp so no stairs for those strollers and beach wagons.

Topsail Dunes has private parking, a large pool and grilling area.

This condo was wonderful. It was accessible for my mother, who uses a walker. It was close to the ocean and pool access. Clean and well equipped. The host was quick to reply to questions and everything was as advertised. We would stay here again if we return to Topsail.

Awesone vacation

Stsy was good had a problem with the drywr but we u derstand things happen and we made it work with using the local laundromat. Condo is nice and updated and owners were very easy to work with

This is a beautiful condo in a quiet setting. We were two couples, who enjoy walking on the beach, cooking and relaxing. This condo more than met all our needs. We will be booking this condo again.

Fabulous oceanfront condo

We loved the location and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Very convenient indeed. Unfortunately it rained a lot but we enjoyed sitting on the deck reading.

Pleasant Experience

Condo was really nice and updated, came with linens and plenty of towels. The Condo Complex was really nice and well maintained, the parking lot was large enough that there was no problem parking, there is a nice outdoor playground for the kids along with a basketball court, corn hole, outdoor bowling game and a outdoor grilling area with plenty of seating. Also the pool is nice and clean and the beach is amazing. We loved our stay at Topsail!

Perfect!

The view is spectacular!! The condo was very clean.The decor is very simplistic and organized. Owners were very responsive and interactive. We have stayed at Topsail Dunes about 4 times. This was the best visit so far! The condo is very convenient to the ramp, the elevator, the pool, and the ocean. Highly recommend this gem by the sea!!!

Great View from the Patio and Easy Walk to the Beach!

The condo was very roomy and decorated in a simple beach decor. We liked that there was so much room for our gear! There were no beach chairs with the condo but we didn't need any....it was windy and we are more beach walkers than individuals who lay or sit on the beach. A favorite thing.....collecting lots of moonstones!

Awesome place

This was a short weekend trip with a best friend. I’ve been to places and then things are not as they are pictured. Not at this place. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. No complaints. The owner is quick to respond if you have a question or concern. Quiet location but close enough to restaurants and shops. I will definitely be returning.
