This home features open floor plan, with lots of natural light. Very private. Beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains. Large swimming pool and spa with waterfall. Covered patio for family BBQs. Dream island kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Fireplace. French doors leading to the pool area from the master suite and from the kitchen/dining area.

Very happy with our mini-vacay

We rented a different property, and the AC went out prior to our arrival. The owner went above and beyond to get us into another property with similar amenities. Thank you Tanya!

A total disaster

We booked a weekend stay at this property. 7 of us all made our way out to the desert and it was an hour past our checkin and we still hadn’t been given any checkin information from Tanya. I messaged Tanya and she immediately responded with cancelling our reservation. When I asked what just happened she responded that she had been dealing with something all day and it wouldn’t be resolve until next week (very vague). If she had been dealing with it all day why didn’t she reach out beforehand to give us a heads up? Why did she wait for me to reach out an hour past checkin? We were completely stranded in Indio. Our vacation/weekend ended up turning into a total nightmare. Tanya was extremely unprofessional and I advise anyone to rethink booking this place because this could happen to you.

Perfect Coachella House

The pool/spa of this house are amazing! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so all of our friends could have their own space. Very close to the festival/shuttle and had everything we needed to cook. Host is very responsive and helpful! House is clean!

Better than expected

Our group had a great time in the backyard. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Only issues we had were the dryer requiring 2 cycles to dry anything and you could not run 2 of the showers at the same time. Overall it was a great stay!

Family Getaway

The size & location of the home was great. The furniture & decor is dated & tired. It was not as clean as expected, dirty sheets on one of the beds, not enough towels, dishwasher leaked, issues with spa not working properly. Pool was dirty, no light bulbs in some lamps, no batteries in TV remotes, grill burner not working.

Get family get away!

We had an awesome time ! The house is great for our family of 9. Kids and adults loved the pool and time away from it all. Tatyana is a great host very responsive. Would stay again .

Tanya’s place

We had an unfortunate event occur at the original house we were supposed to rent, however, we were immediately placed in another home and it all turned out great!! If I have to complain about something it would be lack of cooking pans, dishes, silverware, dish towels. I guess I am used to homes we went through VRBO completely stocked with enough things to make it our home away from home. The house was beautiful, the pool pretty small to my liking but all and all it was a nice stay.
