Disappointed given the price paid
Hector was very helpful and sent access information via Whatsapp, but once in the property I would have expected a welcome pack with instruction as to where keys were, and how to use different items but there was nothing.
Potentially the property could be a 'dream oasis' the outside space is lovely and the kitchen, lounge, dining and games room are all good spaces, though the furniture in the dining room and kitchen is a little tired and in need of updating. The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable, however the experience was spoiled by the poor plumbing - I have never stayed in a dream property where I could not flush toilet paper down the loo, and even when we adhered to the request one of the toilets blocked towards the end of our 5 day stay. I just found this whole arrangement unhygienic and I would not have booked the property if I had been aware of this situation.
Whilst the following items did not particularly detrimentally impact our stay there are lots of small areas that need addressing to make this the 'luxury' property it is advertised as, and to justify the price tag. All of the taps in the kitchen and bathroom need to be secured, they are all loose. Many of the kitchen doors and draws do not shut properly. The dishwasher door in the main kitchen needs to be repaired - the cord supports have broken so the dishwasher door simply falls down when you open it which is quite dangerous.

The top flippers and bouncers of the pin ball machine do not function rendering this facility useless.
As a family we still enjoyed the space, the bedrooms are all of a good size and the lounge area was ideal .....with a little work it could be a wonderful place but we all left feeling disappointed.
