You will enjoy a magnificent sea view and will only have to cross the street to find yourself with your feet in the water.Located on the 5th and penultimate floor, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright. It has several bay windows and its double south and west exposure will offer you sunshine from morning to evening. You will fully enjoy it thanks to a terrace that extends over the entire length and width of the accommodation.The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a fitted and equipped kitchen. For those travelling by car, you will have a secure garage in the basement of the residence (direct access with elevator).The Admiral Plaza is one of the most beautiful residences in Menton: a high-end building with a concierge, located on the seafront, just steps from the Casino.You will therefore be in the immediate vicinity of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Only a five-minute walk will be enough to reach the station connecting Menton to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy.The accommodation is carefully prepared and disinfected for your arrivalCheck-in 7/7 days, 24/24 hours:Direct reception at the accommodation between 3pm and 6pm from Tuesday to Saturday.Autonomous arrival after 6pm and on Sundays/Mondays and public holidays.ExtraEnd of stay cleaning: €100.Pets (clean and educated): €50 per animal.Baby cot / high chair: €50 per stay.Housing rulesPeaceful stay, respect of the accommodationNon-smoking accommodationAccommodation returned clean (cleaning option available).
