The accommodation is ideal for a couple or with one or two small children. He is independent.

Located in the context of a property of the eighteenth, with a plot of 4 hectares overlooking the Côte Fleurie, the plain of Caen, and the hills of the Pays d'Auge.

The property benefits from a unique view on the coast of Cabourg in Ouistreham. The estate is 5 minutes from Cabourg, Houlgate and Dives-sur-Mer.
In the land of horse riding, golf and the sea, the location is ideal for lovers:
- 7 golf courses including the most famous Calvados are between 5 and 30 minutes away (two are visible from the house)
- numerous stables around,
- the sea, visible from the property, is less than 3km (Houlgate beach)
- Deauville is 20 minutes, Caen 25 minutes.

The price includes the supply of sheets and towels.

On the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette (The house is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: small oven, refrigerator and dishwasher) and a small bathroom / wc with shower. Satellite TV.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed. The living room sofa is convertible into a bed.
Garden furniture for lunch outside.
BBQ available.
Internet is not accessible in the house, but getting closer to the manor, it is possible to connect to Wifi.

Coming with a vehicle is imperative. Free parking in the property.

Tourist tax (to be paid locally on arrival): € 0.90 per night and per person over 12 years.
(ps: for last minute bookings, please make a request for availability before making a direct booking so we can confirm if we are on site or not to receive you).
If we are not present on site, our usual babysitter takes care of your welcome with diligence and cordiality.

Beautiful property

The little house had every equipment we needed. The view is so beautiful, even though you cannot see the ocean from the house. The main building has the ocean view. What was a little unhandy sometimes was the bad internet reception and mobile service in the house. The main houses Wifi does not reach the small house and there is no extra wifi as well as very poor mobile service. Piere was very nice and showed us everything we needed. The hosts are overall very welcoming and easy going which was nice! Overall we can recommend to stay here as it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Un agréable séjour, avec toutefois quelques petits bémols

Notre séjour au Château de Sarlabot s'est passé dans un cadre enchanteur, avec un accueil "minimal" de la personne intendante, bien que d'un abord serviable. (Nous eûmes des parapluies :) Les prestations du lave-vaisselle et des assiettes trouvées sales ont terni quelque peu notre séjour (si un état des lieux avait été réalisé au préalable, cela nous aurait épargné ces déconvenues). Le temps fut avec quelques nuages, ce qui est l'un des thèmes de la décoration humoristique du salon, que nous avons trouvé un peu défraichi, mais une fois aéré, confortable. Le Paon fut notre grand ami, et ses plumes laissées-là au gré des massifs de fleur nous ont suivi jusqu'ici, à Paris.

L’endroit est très beau et conforme à sa description. Dommage que nous ayons subi l’« attaque » inopinée d’une armada de tondeuses à gazon alors que nous nous apprêtions à profiter de notre après midi au calme. La propriétaire nous avait pourtant vanté une pelouse à l’abri de tout regard pour un bronzage intégral…

Wunderbares Anwesen

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und hat ein sehr gutes Bett. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die absolute Ruhe genossen. Wir haben jeden morgen draußen gefrühstückt und hatten einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im hübschen Dives-sur-Mer und in knapp 10 Minuten in Cabourg. Dives-sur-Mer hat viele hübsche Geschäfte und Samstags einen tollen Markt. Außerdem gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Der Empfang durch Madame Geneviève war sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

L'adorable maisonnette tout confort, située dans un superbe parc, offre une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante. On entend essentiellement le bruit du vent dans les arbres et le chant des oiseaux. La lumière est belle et la mer n'est pas loin.

Kutscherhaus auf Anwesen

Es ist ein schönes, kleines Cottage inmitten eines wunderbar gelegenen Anwesens mit fantastischer Aussicht. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig, da es ein wenig abseits liegt. Trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten im Ort und wenig später auch am Meer. Wir haben ein paar angenehme Tage verbracht. Die Agentur war total unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung versprüht überall den typischen Charme der Normandie. Jederzeit wieder!

Venus respirer l'air frais de la mer, nous avons été epoustoufflés par ce magnifique parc et cette superbe vue qui surplombe houlgate et cabourg. L'accueil fut parfait et très arrangeant. Un trop court week end très agréable en résumé.
