About the host
Hosted by Katie Simmons

We are a family of five from Seattle who plan to retire to this home in a few years. We are renting it out while two of our three children attend college.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with privacy of the house, the walkable community, the view from the deck and looked no further. Our family loves to kayak, hike and bike ride although we find ourselves sitting on the deck watching the ever-changing view.
Whidbey Island offers endless ways to explore and relax.

What makes this property unique
The home is very private. It is on the edge of the Sandy Hook community. We have lovely neighbors to the south who live there year round.
