This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Absolutely spotless and everything is provided and in good working order. Pool is beautiful and beds are comfortable.

Great property

This house was perfect for a family gathering. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and so enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very pleasant experience. It would have been really nice if the windows were clean.

Even though it states there are no beach towels available for your stay it would be a kind gesture to provide them so towels don’t crowd your suitcase packing capacity. The baseboards in the house need to cleaned and all the ledges on the doors along with ceiling fan blades inside. It would be easier if you just set a price for heating the pool so it would have been ready for us when we arrived. The fee could just be included in the nightly rate. It was really nice to have the pool room extra bathroom.

Nice property. Everything in place. Owner is very particular to qualify guests and there are house rules. But this is what keeps the property well maintained. Enjoyed our stay - pool is great!

You will not find a cleaner property! It is beautifully decorated, well organized and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property owners are friendly and very responsive. It is a must stay!

Perfect getaway for our family

My kids and I had the most amazing time while here in May. We have actually already booked our next stay for June. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we pulled in to the drive way to the moment we had to leave. We even extended our stay one extra night. The owners were so accommodating. It was like home away from home. Very private and secluded. I highly recommend this home for your next family getaway.

The check in/out process was very easy, no property management company to deal with. The owners were always a quick text away if you need anything which was great. House was very clean and stocked well with everything you need to enjoy the property.

Great clean well stocked house

We have been coming to Lake Havasu every summer and this house was one of the best houses we have rented. The house was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The lay out of the house is great, the pool was refreshing. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Mike
