Be among the first to ever vacation in this brand new, professionally decorated, luxury condo at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove, located in the heart of Dewey Beach, DE, only 1 block from the beach.

Enjoy views of the Rehoboth Bay and walk-out access to the rooftop pool from your private, gated veranda. Condo guests have exclusive use of our stunning rooftop with expansive views of the Rehoboth Bay. From the 4th floor plaza, you can watch the sunset from the community fire pit, relax by the gorgeous water feature, or just enjoy Dewey beach and the stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline.

Choose to dine-in with a meal cooked in the fully equipped, stainless steel and granite, cook’s kitchen or opt to grill-out under the stars in the shared, bay view, BBQ space.

Enjoy bay and pool views from the master bedroom with king size bed and private, en-suite bathroom featuring a tile shower with glass enclosure and double vanity sinks.
The newly decorated guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed and dedicated work station. Guest room also has private entrance to the 2nd full bath.

Smart, 43-inch, HD-TVs with basic cable in living room and master bedroom and a 40-inch Smart TV in the second bedroom to keep everyone entertained. Stacked washer and dryer also included – this place has it all!
Guests have access to many of the hotel amenities including the indoor saltwater pool, fitness room and Starbucks coffee bar. Steps from Rehoboth Bay Marina and conveniently located to everything Dewey Beach has to offer.
Leave the car parked and jump onboard the Jolly Trolley, which has a convenient stop at Lighthouse Cove to take you directly into Rehoboth Beach where you can enjoy world class dining and boardwalk fun. This location is also a very short drive to all the other nearby beach towns like Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach and Lewes.
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 50 pounds welcome with additional $250 fee. This unit is nonsmoking and there is a $300 fee if this policy is broken. No parties please. Condo includes 2 free parking spots in the garage.
Linens and Bath Towels are included at no additional cost! A mid-week cleaning package is optional for weekly renters upon request. Rental beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the public Atlantic beach. Guests are invited to bring their own beach towels.

Great property for a family stay

The condo was very clean next to the outdoor pool, the kids loved that and gave me and my wife some moments of peace. loved the full size bunk beds for the kids, and the location was great. My wife was impressed with the condo and is very much open to coming back again in the future.

Amazing Start of Summer Vacation

This condo was perfect for a start of summer vacation. The place was well decorated and incredibly maintained, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we could walk out to the pool (which was great for the kids). The location is perfect too. It’s a 5 minute walk to a ton of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beach is just across the street. Highly recommend this place.

My wife, 2 sons, and dog had a great time in Dewey Beach using this condo as our home base. It had everything we needed to have a nice, relaxing, mellow off-season week on the Delaware coast. Robin was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had via text message. The condo is exactly as pictured and is in really great shape with really nice bathrooms, top tier appliances, internet, smart TV, and a nice large kitchen table to sit at for meals and play games as a family.

Great spot in Dewey

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residences. It was close to the beach and the bay, restaurants and shopping. The pool was fun for the kids and had a great view of the bay. We also enjoyed the live music we could hear from our patio ( but not inside). The condo was spacious for our family of 4, clean, comfortable, modern and coastal. I highly recommend Dewey Post around the corner for brunch. Would rent again!

Easter getaway

Wonderful property! Great location. Excellent communication with property manager, who worked with me on later check out and other details due to offseason. Pet friendly! One small negative, but not a big deal. . . we rarely cook in when on vacation, but did this time. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked. But overall excellent stay; would definitely return.

Nice property close to the beach but difficult with a pet

It was a nice property, clean with high end appliances etc. we brought our own sheets, blankets and towels. Didn’t realize it was in the Hyatt Place hotel so had to take a public elevator to the unit during COVID every day we went outside. You can bring a pet and pay a pet fee but don’t count on the bay to enjoy a long walk or to sit out if your pet doesn’t want to be away from you because the water is not for swimming and the Bay beach is only a block long. The beach however is dog friendly before 9:30 and after 5:30. Instead we tried the pool during the day because the condo is on pool level so the dog could see us but it didn’t open until noon and got really crowded (for COVID) until dinner time. Beach is beautiful and the condo is nice and centrally located on Coastal highway but I would leave my dog at home with my husband next time if I went back. Also it was a bit expensive for a king bed and second bedroom with a set of bunk beds.

“Sheets, blankets and towels are always provided as is stated in the listing, but guests are always free to bring their own if so desired. This condo is NOT in the Hyatt Place hotel - the condo complex has its own private elevators exclusively for condo guests and these elevators are rarely crowded, even during in-season weekends. There is also a stairway beside the elevators for those who wish to have even less human contact/interaction. The bayside beach is under Dewey Beach jurisdiction and does abide by the same beach rules, including limitation of pets during peak season. Overall though, you’d be hard pressed to find a more pet friendly location in any of the DE beaches.”

What a lovely place to relax!

Excellent place to relax for a weekend! Close to the outside pool and easy access the back deck and function ballroom. Though the outside pool was closed at the time of year we went, we were able to take our grandson to the inside pool in the hotel.

Wonderful Long Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property! The owner’s communication was amazing. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Everything we needed was supplied. The hotel pool being right outside was a huge perk (even though it was too cold for us to venture in). The hotel was amazing, and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. There is also a really good breakfast offered daily in the hotel lobby. The condo was in convenient location to the beach, and the sandy bay area and deck were fun to hang out on. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We have stayed at the Hyatt Residences in the past, they have finally completed them, and they have a lot more amenities then when they were first built. The unit was clean, and well stocked with all your basic needs. It was perfect for my husband and our fur baby (always a bonus to us, pet friendly). The only downside and it is the design of the parking garage to get into unit. Not the owners' fault, just a very confusing design, and we had others we ran into trying to figure out how to get back to their vehicles many times. Other than that great location and place to stay.
