Magnificent Bayfront Condo at Residences at Lighthouse Cove

Magnificent bay views from this 2nd floor condo, feels like a Penthouse Suite!!! New in Sept. 2020. Located one block from the ocean, in the Heart of Dewey. Enjoy the rooftop pool for guests of The Residences at Lighthouse Cove & Amenities that include the indoor saltwater pool and fitness room. Enjoy the communal propane grills and 4 firepits. Cook in your modern kitchen and enjoy the expansive views of the bay. Truly a vacation experience that is superior to anything offered in Dewey.

Linens and bath towels are provided.

Pet Friendly $250 pet fee.

The entire complex is non-smoking

Private parking for 2 cars. Extra spots available from the town of Dewey for a fee on the street.

You have direct Access to Bay Front amenities including Kayak, Stand Up Paddle, Jet Ski & Boat Rentals. Public pickleball and tennis courts are a mile away.

No Saturday check-ins or check-outs in prime season. (May-Sept) Minimum of 2 weekend nights or a minimum of 4 weeknights.

The owner's suite has private bathroom with double sinks and beautiful shower, king-size bed and gorgeous views of the bay. Second bedroom has queen size bed. Third bedroom has (2) sets of twin-size bunkbeds. There is a 2nd full bathroom with bath/tub combination which is shared between the 2 bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with very large island with seating. Beautiful living room with plenty of seating, large flatscreen TV, and 3 sets of sliders that overlook the bay. All sliders walk-out to the balcony that runs the length of the open living / kitchen area. Extra quests can use the pull-out couch which is a queen. The expansive outside deck will have a dining table and chairs. (not in photo's) There is a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy the beach, pool, Lighthouse Restaurant, which is on the corner boardwalk, bayside which provides great drinks and sunsets.

This place was the perfect spot for a chill, low-key getaway with convenient access to the beach. My group was looking for somewhere we could just relax on the beach, hang out on the porch, and not have to stress about anything—and that’s exactly what we got.The condo itself was very clean and stocked with all the necessities, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying much once we arrived. Overall, it made for an easy, relaxing stay and exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for.

Lovely place for a vacation on the bay. Perfect for your littles, including our 7 and 9 year olds who enjoyed running out to the sand each morning - which is fully visible from the patio. Great view of boats motoring through the bay. Would love to stay again.

Fantastic View and Bat beach access

The location was wonderful. The place overlooks the water and has a nice deck for watching the sun set. The kitchen was wonderful and so was the main bedroom. But the other two rooms were not too clean and were in need of some repairs. Washer dryer was wonderful to have.

60th Birthday Celebration in Dewey Beach

The property was beautiful! Perfect location with a lovely view. While the weather was cold (it is March) waking up to a water view is always spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, updated and very accomodating for 6 adult women. Check in process was seamless. Communication with Linda and Robin was excellant - They were very responsive and nice while answering all my questions about the location and rental. I would definitely go back to their beautiful condo with friends and my family.

This unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable Labor Day weekend. The balcony overlooking the bay was everything! My 20-somethings enjoyed the beach, pool, and nearby nightlife, while my elderly parents and I enjoyed the balcony. Perfect location. We'll be back!

Best Location in Dewey!

Absolutely gorgeous property! The view of the bay is incredible. The bunkbed room is perfect for kids. Our 2 year old took great naps since the room doesn't have windows. We had a few issues but Robin was incredibly helpful and responded immediately. Our keycard did not work for the door right outside of our condo, which was disappointing. We could get out but not back in so we had to loop around. This was not an issue with the owner, however, but rather with the complex as others in the building had the same issue. Otherise, we had an amazing vacation!

Relaxing Week with Friends

This property was wonderful! It was immaculate, spacious, and centrally located for easy walks to beach and restaurants. The views from the unit were breathtaking and we had the added benefit of enjoying them from the pool or the the balcony in our unit. If you like live music, you can sit in the balcony and enjoy the music from the Lighthouse Bar next door, or head downstairs to sit around a fire pit and listen. Robin and Linda were wonderful hosts. The dryer unexpectedly stopped working while we were there and they were quick to coordinate an alternative for us. We were 6 adults and while the unit was very spacious and comfortable, the room with the bunk beds was a bit small. Better suited for kids, rather than adults (in my opinion) but we made it work. Overall, a wonderful trip and we hope to return with our family next time.

Picture Perfect Getaway - gorgeous sunset view

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts. When our initial vacation plans fell through to go out of the country, we were lucky enough to find this rental was available in our favorite beach town… Robin and Linda communicated quickly back and forth with us and we were booked within hours and had keys in hand within 24 hours. The rental property is situated with a beautiful view of the bay, steps to the pool, and only a few blocks to the beach and all of the best restaurants in Dewey. Easy and extremely close parking. We loved relaxing on the large balcony in the morning, throughout the day and especially to watch the beautiful sunset. Picture perfect getaway for my 13 year old daughter, myself and my Mom! With plenty space for more. :)

While the apartment itself could be slightly cleaner, we did book very last minute so they probably weren’t able to touch up the place. Other than that the property itself is great and the location can’t be beat. The apartment is very well decorated as well! We would definitely love to be back!
