Jean-Pierre was a superb host, greeting us upon arrival from CDG and providing us with orientation to the area of Richard-Lenoir. Great view of tree-lined parkway along the St-Martin canal and only two blocks from stations on the metro (M5 at Richard-Lenoir and M9 at St Ambrose). Easy access to all sites, including Chateau Versailles. I happened upon the location by accident but was attracted to the apt from the write up and loved the convenience and local eateries!

Apartment is as described on the VRBO site; it is perfect for a couple. The apartment is modern and is well taken care of. It contains all the essentials and conveniences to enjoy your stay in Paris; it is quiet and close to 3 metro stations which allows you to go to any desired neighborhood in Paris. Restaurants are also plentiful in the area. We found a very good Italian restaurant within a 5 minute walk from the Apartment. The Host is attentive and will immediately respond to any inquiries regarding the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again if it is available on our desired dates.

We were looking for a place to call home during our month-long stay in Paris. This apartment was almost perfect in every sense. The location was exactly what we were looking for-- not terribly busy with tourists, yet close to the city center. We could access four Metro stations and five bus lines within a five-minute walk. There was a huge market on Thursdays and Sundays just a short walk away. It is a beautiful, lively neighborhood with plenty of dining options.The apartment is spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, and warm. The host thought of everything one might need, including stationery, a computer, and even needle and thread. The kitchen was also fully functional, though we couldn't get the oven to work; the microwave was fine, and that's all we really needed. Jean Pierre responded immediately to all our questions, and I am sure he would have fixed the oven if we had asked. Margaritha came every Friday to clean the place, and she was lovely and incredibly helpful.The only surprise was that the toilet is detached from the bathroom. It would have been nicer if they were connected, but it took us just a couple of days to get used to. Each was nicely appointed and very clean.When we return to Paris, we have no doubt this will be our home again.

What a perfect place to stay in Paris. Our host was very communicative, assuring that the check-in process was smooth and simple. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and bright. Lovely apartment, good host

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything that you need. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the district and restaurants in the surrounding streets. Had a functioning lift and the host left very good instructions for appliances etc. will stay again.

This was a lovely well-appointed apt with spacious rooms, great natural light and gorgeous windows to the treetops. Appreciated the 1100 feet after many small hotels. Kitchen functioned well. Superb apartment in great location

We could not have wanted more for our first Paris experience. Situated in a bustling neighborhood with restaurants galore and easy access to multiple metro lines, the location is excellent! The place was exceptional and perfect for 2 adults. Very clean. Close to 3 metro lines and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access anywhere. Check-in was a breeze and was greeted by the “manager” to help. Definitely going to stay there again the next time we are in Paris!

We recently stayed four nights at the apartment and it does have an excellent view over the Boulevard below. You are fairly high above the street and the large, new casement windows provide excellent views while blocking out noise during the night. This is a relatively large, sunlight filled, 1 bedroom apartment with the bedroom in the back of the unit which helps block noise from the street when you want to sleep. The interior appointments are charming and very well considered and the apartment was very clean for our stay. We also loved the relatively small, well maintained elevator that is located in the building. It was charming….and reliable.If you really want to get a feel for living in Paris, this would be the place for you. The location is excellent for walking around less-touristed areas of the city. You can shop, drink and dine like a local while exploring many of the simple pleasures that make life in Paris very enjoyable. We will definitely return.

Spacious Parisian apartment

Our host was outstanding, flexible, and responsive. The apartment is in a great location close to the metro. The pictures are totally accurate. There are many restaurants in the area and the Picasso museum is a short walk. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We highly recommend this rental.
