Fully stocked getaway!

NEWLY Renovated Summer 2023!! Welcome to our get away! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do; we have lovingly furnished with this spacious 2bed/2bath condo with our personal belongings for your comfort (1200 sq ft + HUGE balcony!). This our second home, and we hope you treat it like yours, too! This beach paradise is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. Daytona Beach Airport and Daytona Speedway are 20 minutes away. You will want to return year after year!

The space
Perfect for cooking! Guests have full use of condo as well as pool and beach access. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and more are available for use in the closet; please wash, dry and return to the closet after use. In case of a rainy day, enjoy board games, wifi, etc. Our spacious balcony accessible from bedrooms and living room provides stunning views of the Atlantic. Ocean swimming not your thing? There's an ocean-front swimming pool and sun deck that leads to private beach access. The beach is no-drive. Parking isn't a worry with a reserved, covered spot. Children 8 and older welcome.

Hang wet towels up in bathrooms – not on any furniture, wood, or railings. Beach towels can be left to dry on balcony chairs during the day.
There is lots of wood! Please use coasters if you place a cup on any of the wooden surfaces. NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY.

We have stayed at a few nice condos on Daytona Beach...Sea Fern by far has the best view of the beach from the ocean front balcony. We look forward to our stay next year!

Wonderful oceanfront property!

If you’re looking for a place that’s right on the ocean, this is the place to go! The condo was spacious, with everything you need for a vacation. There’s a large covered patio directly facing the ocean which is just steps away from your door. We especially loved the private beach, which did not permit vehicles like the rest of Daytona beaches. Kelly quickly responded to my texts. All in all, it’s a great place to book!

Check in process was the best! Owner responded quickly. Condo was fully equipped. I would recommend a full length mirror and at least 1 clock as I never knew what time it was. Very happy with my stay

Great condo right on the beach

This condo was just as listed. Spacious and immaculate. I loved being right on the beach. The balcony is huge and private. It is In an older building at the beginning of the no-drive section of the beach. Only 5 floors which I liked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. I had a couple of very minor issues and the owner responded immediately even on a Saturday night. You can’t go wrong here.

Perfect Condo

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We opened the door and the first thing we saw was that beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very clean, very comfortable beds, and had everything we needed for a great week. Kitchen was well stocked. We love this building and area and was our second trip back. Sea Fern is an older, smaller condo on the beach which means the pool and beach was never over-crowded in front of us - exactly what we wanted! Close to so much - we ate at North Turn and Crabby Joe’s (right on the beach, different atmospheres but great food at both) and spent an amazing day at Discovery Cove. Some cute souvenir shops close by. Also experienced a Polynesian dinner and fire show up the road at the Hawaiian Inn. The buffet food was just okay but the show was amazing and something different to do. The last time we visited we went to NASA and Disney. So much more to do and will definitely be planning a return trip. We liked that this condo is on the 3rd floor and right next to the stairs. Made it easy to load/unload the vehicle - as the 2nd floor is ground level where you park. Overall, our favorite thing to do was getting up for early morning walks on the beach to watch the sunrise. Absolutely breathtaking… we were rewarded by seeing a baby sea turtle making its way to the ocean- something I have always wanted to see and we were so excited. My favorite memory from the vacation for sure! We couldn’t have had a better condo for our family vacation of 4 - now 4 adults! Can’t wait to come back to this condo!

We found the property to be everything as advertised and more. From the moment we stepped into the property, we knew it was going to be a great stay. The views off he deck are wonderful, and the sunrises were amazing. And the sound of the Ocean was perfect for this mid-westerner. We will be back.
