Marks the Spot — the perfect waterfront getaway

This comfortable waterfront home sits on Quivera Bay, offering stunning views of the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, just two short blocks from the Gulf. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the covered porch during the summer and easy access to the water with a private pier for fishing and docking your boat. This is the perfect vacation spot — you get the rare benefit of your own personal dock, and the beach is only a 4–5 minute walk from the house, making it easy to enjoy both the bay and the Gulf.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom – King-size bed
• Guest Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed
• Guest Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed
• The main living area includes a sleeper sofa, best suited for small children (not recommended for adults). Guests may bring an air mattress if preferred, but the owner does not provide one.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig Duo, blender, toaster, and two crockpots. The dining table comfortably seats six guests.

• Grill with propane provided
• Boat dock (boat lift not available for guest use)
• Various kitchen supplies

Starter Supplies:
The owner provides a starter supply of:
• Toilet paper (one roll per bathroom)
• Paper towels (one roll in the kitchen)
• Laundry detergent
• Dishwasher detergent

Guests should bring enough additional toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, food, beverages, seasonings and any other items needed for their stay. Please send us a message if you are curious if anything not listed here is provided or not, and we would be happy to look into it.

Additional Notes:
The boat lift and cargo lift are not available for guest use. Guest are not allowed to smoke inside the house. All smoking must be done outside. All tobacco products must be thrown away in the outdoor trashcan. Cigarette butts may not be thrown on the ground. There is some construction across the canal from the home. Those home under construction are in their final phases of completion. Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring pets.

Our guest enjoy having the best of both worlds of being on the water with their own personal dock and also having such easy access to the beach. The walk from the house to the beach takes about 4-5 minutes.
