Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The beautiful gulf-front building, built 2007, offers grand architecture, luxurious accommodations and a beautiful view of breathtaking sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico.

This first-class resort has 2 pools with hot tubs, tiki bar, state of the art fitness center, designated picnic areas with outdoor grills, covered parking garage, and much more

This unit is a spacious 3-bedroom condo with two full-size bathrooms with bunk beds located directly on the beach. This unit is unique in that it is located on the eastern corner of the building so you can enjoy amazing views from every room.

This unit sleeps 10 with two king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 queen bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa.

Our condo is on the 12th floor where it can be accessed by a bank of super fast elevators.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Absolutely no events or parties are allowed. If contacted by security for an unruly guest you could be asked to leave the property and charged a fee.

Fantastic!

We stayed last week in this beautiful condo. We couldn’t have asked for a better view or experience. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at the Grand Panama Resort. By far one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay! The condo is spacious, has everything you need, clean, and nicely decorated. The views from the balcony were perfect. Communication with the host was easy and they always responded within a reasonable amount of time. Parking wasn’t terrible, although a bit of a walk from the parking garage to your room. Nothing unbearable though. There is a “resort fee” that is charged by the actual resort for parking. 55 for one vehicle during your stay, 35 for any additional vehicles. This was not an issue and actually a great price considering it’s usually that per day anywhere else in PCB. We just weren’t aware of the charge beforehand. I really have no complaints and we enjoyed our stay. We will be booking here again.

Overall, this was a great rental experience. Even though I gave it four stars, I would absolutely stay in this unit again. The only reason I did not give it five stars is due to cleanliness. I’m sure this unit sees a lot of renters so in my opinion, it would benefit from a deep clean every once in a while. Also, the pans are unusable. They are dirty and worn out… they do not sit flat on the stove top. The view is amazing. The bedsheets are very nice and comfortable and the beach is beautiful.

Beachfront Condo for Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama Resort condo with 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant. There was room in the bedrooms for a pack and play and plenty of space for everyone to hang out, eat, etc. The location is great - very close to everything and getting on the beach is super easy. There are chair/umbrella rentals onsite. What sets this condo apart from the others is that it is an end unit so you have gulf views from 2 bedrooms and the dining area. The pool area was nice with a small 1 foot deep kiddie pool and a larger pool for bigger kids and adults. We saw maintenance there every morning washing everything down, etc. and security did regular walk throughs of the pool area as well. Some of the kitchen equipment is pretty beat up, so if you plan to cook consider bringing your own essentials. Also, you will need to bring your own beach towels as they are not provided. We would definitely stay here again.

We so appreciate the flexibility on scheduling, we do not like booking Saturday to Saturday like so many places require, and this condo does not require certain days. The dishwasher stopped working properly one day and the owners got a tech there same day to get it fixed. The balcony and veiw was amazing!!! We were overall very happy and highly recommend! The only critique I have, is on the sketch of the condo and how it is laid out, it appears there are 4 bedrooms, 1 with 2 sets of bunkbeds. There are 3 bedrooms and then 1 set of 2 bunk beds. So it is a little misleading. The bunkbeds are aweosme though! Queen sized and very comfortable
