Welcome home to Ventura's "After Dune Delight" a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom plus 1 bathroom home located in an incredibly desirable spot! Right across the street from Marina Park AND the Beach!! Upon entering the home you will find the living room with two plush couches and a flat screen TV, and a dinner table that seats 4. The living room offers exquisite views of the wonderfully groomed Marina Park and the beach. To the right is the beautifully remodeled kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and access to the back yard. To the rear of the home you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, the second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom features a Trundle Bed with two twin mattresses. This entire home has been remodeled and is like NEW!!! The back yard is incredibly spacious, with plenty of patio furniture, a BBQ, and a fire-pit to enjoy the beautiful beach weather and lifestyle! There is an outdoor shower in the back yard, as well as access to the private laundry room.

Beach Chairs, and Sand Toys are available for use and located in the Garage.

Great location

No complaints. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was excelled and so fun to sit and watch the surfers walk in front of the house to catch some waves. Unfortunately there was no gas on the fire pit and I could start the bbq (perhaps ignition needed battery?) but not a make or break thing. Management was very accommodating and swift on responding to my texts.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Darling House across the street from the park and beach. Only had one problem, silverware and dishes were covered in what seemed like dried soap.
