Central A/C and heat. Outside you are just steps away from the wonderful Bass lake where you can enjoy boating or kayaking. The home also offers a fenced in yard, fire pit, and picnic table. 3 bed, 2 bath home with a full kitchen and living room. A large walkout basement that includes a tv, games, ping pong table and darts to enjoy. Home has WIFI along with everything you need other than clothes, food and yourselves! Minutes away from the downtown, TART trail, theaters, festivals, beaches, the casino, farmers market, cherry festival, wine tasting, golf.
