Fabulous Mill Valley home available from mid-June to the end of August or September (possibly longer). FURNISHED (not negotiable). Located walking distance to Whole Foods, 2am Club, Safeway, Taco Joe’s, Tamalpie and more. 1 mile to downtown. Easy access to Highway 101. Approx. 15 min. to S.F. and a short 30+/- minutes to the wine country!
Open floor plan, living/dining/kitchen area, with gorgeous views of the Sleeping Maiden of Mt Tam from the living room/front deck, front bedroom and side yard. The living area has double sliding glass doors that lead to the front deck with patio furniture and table for al fresco dining, sipping wine and morning coffee. The kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, toaster oven, Jura Capresso coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and all accessories for cooking. Dining area has sliding glass doors leading to a side deck with BBQ grill and picnic table. 2br/1bth. Second bedroom is used as an office with a sleep sofa.
Hi-speed internet, cable & streaming TV are included, as well as all utilities. Located on a very peaceful and private no thru lane. Entry is in the back of the home through a private walkway/gate. Parking for 1 car included. A detached studio is also available at an additional fee. Perfect for an artist/mediation space.
Fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, TV, etc. Hiking, bike trail and beaches are all a short drive or walk away. All you need to do is move in and enjoy your Summer in quaint Mill Valley. Perfect some those visiting family, needing a place to stay while house hunting or while your home is being remodeled or just a Summer getaway. Prefer a single person or couple. No smoking or pets.
