The rental listed is 2 story, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, dinning room, living room, office area, nice kitchen, laundry, front balcony sitting area, back patio with lounging, jacuzzi, bbq grilling area. 3rd level is master bedroom and bath with great views. Entire home is south facing lots of sun, lots of privacy.

LOVE this property. Great location. Very spacious home with a fabulous bedroom/adjacent porch on the top floor with beautifilul views. Jill is a very gracious host. She is attentive and responsive to questions. And she cares about the comfort of her guests . The property was immaculate. Lovely porch off the kitchen for dining. Cool garage door in the living room that opens to a lovely back yard. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. This house checks all the boxes for a fabulous stay in Santa Barbara.

I live on the property in detached part of the house with separate entrance, I'm here if you need me otherwise you will never see me!
