Best place ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best place to stay in Key West. The place was amazing. So close to everything, so clean, everything stocked just like a house. The place was smack in the middle surrounded by other places but it felt like a getaway with how the outside was put together ans lack of noise. It was wonderful.

This house is fabulous! The outdoor dining area was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversation. The pool was great for cooling off and floating. The beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient with a grocery store and Duval St just a block away. I was here for a girls trip with five others and we loved this house!

Came for spring break with three young children. Great location in walking distance to almost all activities. Really good coffee shops and restaurants less than a block away. Noise was not a problem even being close to Duval. Small grocery across the street was very helpful.Backyard/patio with pool was great for kids. Would stay again.

Wish it was available for longer, great hidden gem close to a lot of restaurants, shops etc. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard, there were many thoughtful conveniences throughout the property, and the on site parking was appreciated. If we could have stayed longer we would have spent more time by the pool. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The home itself was very clean and perfect for a family stay. Its location was extremely convenient to Duval Street. The only downfall of the property was the debris outside around the swimming pool and on the back where the lounge chairs are. There was so much debris you could not use the lounge chairs without cleaning first. My daughter and I had both swept the area twice. It was painful for my family and our dogs to keep stepping on everything from the trees. We used a broom we found behind the pool. On the scheduled maintenance it stated that a yard person was supposed to come but never did, at least leave a leaf blower. For what you pay for a family stay, you shouldn't have to sweep the entire decking in the back multiple times with 94 degree heat. Besides the outdoor the house itself was great.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a great stay here. The house is exactly as described and pictured, the beds are comfy, the place is clean, the pool is a lovely respite from the afternoon heat and the location could not be better. my only constructive comment is that the checkout procedures entailed more than what generally felt appropriate (or standard) given the expense, but we knew about that upon booking. Still, when spending thousands for a just a few days, the last thing a guest wants to do on vacation is strip beds.
