The 3 bedroom, fully air conditioned house, fully equipped and tastefully furnished, can easily accommodate up to 6 people over two floors.
The large patio, with dining and living areas, overlooks the front garden and benefits from a beautiful sea view and gorgeous sunsets.
A secluded backyard lodges the BBQ.
On the ground floor: kitchen, good size living room, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the first floor: master bedroom with sea view balcony, further twin bedroom and bathroom.

Family house no more main holiday destination for the whole family but we have no reason to sell it. It’s full of memories.

What makes this property unique

Very close to the beach. Part of a village which is also ideal for families with kids thanks to its very proximity to seaside, reachable with no crossing of any busy road.
The fantastic swimming pool area provide a lot of pleasant of relaxing time too, meanwhile the tennis court is a favourite of sporting guests.
