Direct access 150 Yards to the beach on Abalone with a lifeguard stand and stair access. The house features an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, fully upgraded kitchen, large wrap around porch and on a corner lot. This house is technology driven with entry doors remotely accessed with programmed codes and TV's are all WiFi streaming. 2 Queen Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms with bunk beds and a single. Perfect size for 2 small families.

Jeff and Angela Fanzo purchased this home in 2017 after spending several annual vacations in Nags Head at family cottages a block south of OBXFanz. During an evening walk to Red Drum we noticed this house was just listed for sale and at that point we knew this was the perfect home for us and our family. The rest is history. Over the past 6 years we have completely renovated the house into a simple, clean, modern beach house. We have 3 little beach girls that enjoy coming for weeks at time to enjoy the oceans and simple life. We have put our own sweat and tears into making this a home not only for us but for everyone who gets to enjoy their time here.
While we live year round in Arizona we call the mid Atlantic home to us. Jeff was born in Pittsburgh, PA and was raised in Virginia Beach, VA. Angie grew up in Northern VA in a town called Warrenton. Our family has several cottages just a block away which allows us to feel right at home when we come to visit.
We hope everyone can enjoy this home as much as we do and soak up the sun, beach and beach lifestyle.
