The apartment was spacious, and of good quality. It was quiet, especially at night. The entry took a while , having to use 3 codes to reach the front door. It we appreciated the comfort and calm.

This apartment was perfect for our family of three. It was clean, well-furnished and quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is located in a commercial building so there are a few coded doors to go through before you actually get to the apartment. But that made it super secure. Communication with the host was great.

My wife and I and another couple spent one week in this lovely apartment located in the 10th arrondissement, away from but within easy access to the major tourist attractions of Paris. The apartment is clean, well-equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is very quiet as it overlooks an interior courtyard. The apartment is surrounded by many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The property manager Laurent is very helpful and easy to contact. The four of us had a wonderful time and would recommend this apartment most highly to other visitors.

Quiet and peaceful stay

The apartment was very clean and quiet. It has a private little courtyard which we enjoyed. Overall our stay was fantastic. We eWorld definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great apartment, well equipped and quiet, and in wonderful central location

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, in this clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Only a few steps away from a Metro station, making it very convenient for exploring Paris,and yet a quiet street, and secure location. And booking and all arrangements handled well.

Great Apartment!

Overall, we had a great time in Paris, and it was wonderful to have a home to go to at night that was so comfortable and also in a great location. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed all the nearby amenities and close proximity to the train station.

Great visit to Paris

The location and the apartment were more than satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was a big part of that. We used many of the owner recommendations which also added to our enjoyment. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for accommodations in central Paris.

Laurent was an amazing host; he helped us in a timely manner through an unforseen and out of their control issue with the building plumbing due to harsh weather and followed up until the issue was completely fixed the same day. Great place and location, fully recommended.Thanks Laurent! :)

Great stay in Paris

We loved the apartment. Spacious for Paris and exactly what we needed. We had a group of 4 and the space worked well for us. The apartment was so quiet sleeping with the windows open was no problem. It does get a but warm at night with no AC and hot Paris days but open windows and fans helped.

Almost like home!

The property itself was fantastic. We had the opportunity to become familiar with a new, for our family, part of Paris. We feel so grateful that our first visit after COVID was in this neighborhood and this property.
