This is exactly what my 2 sisters and niece needed. Everything we needed we could walk to. We even had some grocery items delivered. Great views, and very relaxing.

The property has great kitchen supplies if you plan to cook! Because of covid we wanted quick access to the beach, and didn’t plan to eat out much! So we bought food and cooked, the pools were nice, though the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy them. I’d definitely stay here again. P.S. they have a keurig machine

PH03 was nice

I hope someday we can all Come back. The furniture was dark and bulky and the one bathroom was not clean by the shower. On the flip Side, Sterling Shores is beautiful and the view From the condo was amazing!

The property is great but will not book a stay during spring break. Lot of running down cooiriders, slamming of doors, noise, confrontation and car alarms continuously going off. Not very relaxing. We will return in the fall.

Couple of issues you need to be aware of the road coming in the front door is soil big-time been replaced. Also, you got a leak in the back of the shower in the primary bathroom that’s gonna cause mold to leak if you need to get it fixed the leak to get fixed. The toilet lid in the guest bathroom is broken. Needs to be replaced.

This was my family's first trip to Destin so we were hoping for spectacular and that's what we got. This penthouse condo was beautiful and the view was even more so. I loved waking up, making coffee, and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and seeing the dolphins swim along the coast. Just perfect. The instructions to get into the parking lot and into the condo were very easy. Getting to the beach was just a walk past the pool and across the road. Loved this condo and the location. Hope to be back very soon.

Underwhelming stay

When you initially see the pictures and read the reviews for this property you get excited at the possibilities. When you visit reality sets in. Initial communication and booking are fine, upon check-in the condo looks great and the view is brilliant. But once you start to use the facilities reality sets in; the furniture is very old and needs to be updated. You sink in the chairs and the beds are very uncomfortable. The patio furniture is torn and the only part of the property not well maintained. That second bedroom is a complete joke where you barely have space to step inside the room. It was also very deceiving of the management company to inform you AFTER you book about the renovations taking place at the property. This should be disclosed way in advance.

Overall I would certainly recommend this condo. Clean, with a beautiful view, close to everything we wanted but far enough away to feel like a private resort. The pool and the grounds are very well-kept. The elevators are fast and getting to the beach is shorter than some all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Everyone had a blast on our vacation and there isn't much negative to say about our stay here. The management team overseeing the property is the best I have ever dealt with. They are very responsive and helpful. Direct text that they respond to within just a couple of minutes, every time. If you plan on staying here, definitely check out the Back Porch restaurant. If you go out in town, my favorite restaurant is McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin near Destin Harbor. Share a meal because they are massive! I hope you find this helpful.

Had a blast

We had a party of six including 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the condo and the view. It is difficult to get I. And out of because of construction, but that really can’t be avoided. WiFi was very spotty and when I inquired with the gentleman in the office, he said there must be too many devices logged on. Did not offer any help. The wall outlets in both bathrooms are not working. Overall a great experience even with the hiccups.

The pictures of this unit are very nice and very accurate, but they do not begin to show the beauty of this unit! It is stunning! The views are breathtaking! The unit is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were here for a girls getaway and we didnot want to leave. We are already making plans to return. The unit is right across the street from the white, sandy beach. There are two pools, a theater, and fitness center. Be sure to eat at the Back Porch restaurant; it's excellent! My only suggestion for this unit is a few more pots and pans, because I love to cook big, family meals and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal. If you are thinking about renting this unit; do it! It is worth every penny!
