Condo 250 ft from the blue Atlantic Ocean, great view & close to Myrtle beach.

Required: An adult 25 years of age to book and be on premise during the rental due to HOA requirements. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Third-floor second-row condominium. Approximate square footage 1200. 2 private balconies. Close to Myrtle Beach Airport. Condo setting is peaceful, quiet, and across from the ocean. Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, fully equipped kitchen, community grill, coin laundry, and ground floor elevator to all floors. No trailers or recreational vehicles. Monthly or weekly rental. Great view of the blue Atlantic Ocean. Two separate condos in one property utilizing an interior door between the master and junior suite. No smoking or pets allowed.

Winter Months: Send inquiry to host if interested in renting for winter month or months. A monthly rate will be negotiated with the guest.

Linen Rental Information
Properties are equipped with pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads, and some blankets. Beach Bundle complete linen package is included in the reservation. Damaged, lost, or stolen items are the responsibility of the renter. Changes or cancellations require a 48-hour notice.

Awesome location for a well appointed rental

Excellent Accommodation!

We had a great experience! The condo was large enough for my family and very well kept. The only recommendation I would have is to have garbage bags, cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper if needed.

Nice property near the beach, clean but a little dated. Check in an out went smoothly but had to verify hours open to get the keys. (Information provided was not accurate to the Memorial day hours)

No surprises

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We found the unit to be accurate to the pictures. We are very familiar with the area. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn for years. If I could make any suggestions it would be to upgrade your beds. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to the fall rally!

Great value!

This property was great for our family. Having the pool on site and being only steps from the beach access was just what we needed. There was plenty of space in the unit, although having the two separate units was a bit different. One room had a curtain for the east facing window while the other only had blinds which made it pretty bright in the morning. Overall, the stay was great.

This was a great condo, great location very relaxing atmosphere

Very easy process renting the property. Owners were super easy to work with. We had a few issues at the beginning with towels. (Nothing to do with the owner's) however they fixed the problem within minutes and called us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were satisfied.

Great Time at the Beach

We had a great week at Surfside Beach! The location was fantastic and very quiet. You can access the beach with a short 3 to 5 minute walk. The condo was spacious and very clean. Brigette, the property owner, was friendly, very responsive, and quickly handled any concerns we had. *Check-in and check-out is a bit timely...You will have to go to the rental office to pick up keys before accessing the unit.

Great location!

This villa is in a GREAT location! It's close to all the places you want to venture out too, but most of all, it's extremely easy to get to the beach/ocean. A close, simple walk and you're there! I have MS, and this was an easy walk for me. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had all the things we needed for our week at Surfside. We stay at Surfside a lot, and this has been one of our favorite places so far. Another great thing is the parking for the building. You are able to park under the building, which provides shade for your vehicle when it's so hot outside! It even includes a linen package with a few towels, washcloths, and hand towels for both bathrooms, which most places do not provide. Bridget was fast to communicate, and answered all of our questions and concerns prior to the trip. Dunes Realty (the management company) was also nice to do business with. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Surfside! We will be staying again in the future I'm sure!

Short stay adventure

We arrived 2 days before hurricane Ian hit. So glad for the amenities of the condo. It made lock down bearable. We felt secure and safe. Beds were comfortable and condo was nice and clean. Location was perfect for us. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Our Surfside Beach Getaway

This condo was a perfect property for our surging vacation! The condo was spotless, furnished comfortably and the split bedroom / bath worked out well for our stay! The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the two balconies with an ocean view. The elevator made it so easy getting our groceries and luggage to the 3rd floor! Great family vacation

Our family had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was such a short, easy walk to the beach and the location was near many stores and food places. We loved the pool most of all :) the owners were very polite and easy to talk to.
