Beach Front House with Panoramic Ocean View, Watch Sun/Moon Rise/Set Over Ocean

Huge, spacious, ocean and beach-front house with "front row seats," as one guest put it, to take in panoramic views of the ocean, its tides, and gorgeous breaking waves! View both the Nubble Light House and Boon Island Light House! Watch the sun and moon rise and set over the water. Day and night, soak in the sight and sounds of the ocean from the deck above the garage extending from an exceptionally large, airy den. Spread out in the open space first floor where the living room and kitchen are, as well as another den. Throughout the house, view the ocean from nearly every room. Stroll along Long Sands Beach on its recently rebuilt sidewalk right across from our house. Step down to the beach either from there or use the "proper" stairs-with-railings located to the left of our property. Location is gently enhanced by watching a smattering of walkers, their companions (people and furry), joggers, shell and tidal pool explorers, swimmers, etc. Located a modest walking distance to the gently bustling eateries and beachy shops along Long Sands Beach, and not far from the Nubble or Short Sands Beach with its own restaurants, gift shops, an old fashioned soda shop with big taffy pulls on display, and an arcade and basketball courts. Visit the Wiggly Bridge, see local artists' work and visit next-door Ogunquit and Kittery, the quaint shops and restaurants in Portsmouth, enjoy delicious seafood, and don't leave w/o visiting "famous" Dunne's ice cream. Our house is easy to get to and situated where you avoid lots of traffic coming and going. Plenty of parking. To quote another guest: "Exceeds expectations!"
