Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Riverwalk Community. It is a corner unit and has a furnished private balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the Intracoastal. This complex is located on Arrowhead Golf Course, and within a 10 minute drive to the MYR International Airport, Market Commons, and all of Myrtle Beach's attractions. It is only 7 miles from the beautiful beaches. The Riverwalk Community offers a fitness center, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool.

Riverwalk 304-706 is beautifully decorated and offers a bright and airy open concept living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating (4 recliners), and a large flat 50" screen television. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, 43" flat screen TV, balcony access, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom. The guestroom also offers a Queen Size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The second restroom is accessible by the hallway and the guestroom. Also for your convenience, there is a well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer inside the condo. Includes WIFI!

Guests of Riverwalk receive two parking passes. This condo is non-smoking.

Missing items

Nice condo, loved the view. Condo needs additional utensils such as a knife set for carving and slicing. I had a loaf of very hard crusted bread and had to use a non-serrated knife...did not fair well. Also a large mixing bowl would of been useful.

Two Month Stay February 2024 to March 2024

Owner was very accommodating, but fixtures, couches, window coverings & appliances badly need updating. No screen for the patio door. Unit is on the third floor. No elevator. There is something going on with the neighbours directly below. Unit was well stocked with consumable necessities when we arrived. Location of the condo was excellent. Condo is located adjacent to Arrowhead Golf Course between the fourth & fifth holes with a nice view of the inter-coastal waterway. Close to golf courses, malls, restaurants & attractions.

I am disappointed to read this review as you did not bring any of your concerns, other than the blinds to patio door to our attention (which has now been replaced). We pride ourselves on our renters enjoying their visit and do updates when necessary. We feel the comments of “badly need updating” is a gross overstatement. The majority of the items in the unit have been updated/replaced in the last few years (couches, ceiling fans, stove, floors etc) If you would have reached out regarding neighbors, we would have been happy to contact the owners and have that resolved. Thank you.

Visiting Coastal Carolina University

My wife, our teenage son, and myself enjoyed our stay here 18-25 June 2021. This was a nice getaway each day as our primary reason for being in the area was a baseball camp at Coastal Carolina University. Being on the intra-coastal waterway was a purposeful change for us as we are used to being oceanfront. The waterway provides a unique experience to see the different styles of boats come through. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped for the three of us (and would be good for up to four). The owner is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable; she took care of us when the cleaning was a little lacking upon our arrival. I recommend this condo for a similar style visit, where you have plans each day but desire a nice setting to begin and end each day.

Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect for my kids and me. We were on the go quite a bit, but it was great to have a nice quiet place to come “home” to. The neighborhood is so nice and the view of the Intercoastal from the deck is a plus. It’s not a far drive to anywhere. The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was great in communicating to make sure we were all set up and had what we needed. I will definitely be back!
