The Calypso property has 2 outdoor pools, a pool bar, BBQ and fitness center. Our corner unit comes with 2 sets of COMPLIMENTARY beach chairs, that's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas right on the white sandy beach! After a day at the beach, you are only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park, the biggest outdoor shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, recreation activities, movie theatre, "wheel eye", and more…

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park. There is plenty of seating with a couch, love seat and 2 oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable and your personal streaming services available to download. Free Wifi! Enjoy your favorite songs from Spotify while enjoying the sunset. Condo also includes brand new washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and own bathroom. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 12th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters.
