The house is very large and has a lot of options for activities. The pool and outdoor space are amazing. The grounds are very well cared for with a lot of options for activities. There were a few small issues with the house but we messaged the hosts several times throughout our stay about various things and they were very quick to respond and to resolve our concerns. One thing to note, we had 24 people stay with us and we used all the beds and rooms. The twin bed room is in kind of a pass through hallway with part of the pantry. It does not feel like a true bedroom. We weren’t expecting this based on the photos in the listing. But we were able to make it work. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is a little bit dated, but very clean and worked well for our group of 8. The yard was outstanding and our visit went extremely well. A lot of amenities. We would consider coming back again.

Perfect for a large family

Coachella Estate was a fabulous place for our family vacation. The house was clean, plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen well stocked. The game room was great for the kids. We spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor space is amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids, plenty of lounge chairs for us all. The lawn and landscaping were beautiful and huge. The kids had a ball running around the yard, playing soccer and enjoying the pond full of Koi fish and lots of turtles. We are a family of 10 adults and 9 kids ranging from 10 years old to 6 months. We would definitely book again.

Gorgeous and Relaxing Estate

We booked this property for a work-related trip, and we had the most amazing experience! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to get away for a few days!

Clean. Great communication. Pool and pond area are great for kids. Solid views of mountains and sunset. Couple beds a little tired but generally great spot. Family enjoyed their time for sure

Amazing House with Great Hosts

The house is incredible. Looks just like the photos and the property may even be a little bigger than it looks. The hosts were so quick to get back to us anytime we had a question. Everything you want at the house - towels, kitchenware, etc - was abundant and top notch. Great stay at a wonderful property with really responsive hosts.

Amazing property!

My friends and I were so pleasantly surprised with our stay! The hosts were so responsive and amazing from the very start. The house was clean and exactly as pictured, the yard was so big and beautiful. There was more than enough amenities and so many extra things to help make our stay more comfortable. Wonderful stay!

This house was beyond any of our expectations for our family of 17 having a time together. The essentials were covered and more - but so many extras made it special, wonderful lawn for games, and even a place for feeding fish and turtles! Bridget was a great host for us - beyond 5 stars. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect and beautiful! Easy to communicate with owners/management. Plenty of space, lots of room. Game room was so much fun! Pool was perfect for the 100 degree weather!

Amazing property

Truly an amazing and unique property. We stayed with approximately 16 family members ranging from as young as 4 up to 90 years old and everyone had an incredible time. The house is spacious, the grounds are incredible, the unique pond with fish, ducks and turtles Was entertaining for hours, I can’t talk more positively about our experience with the staff and management Who were all outstanding as well. We’re already talking about going back again!

This property is a MUST STAY in Indio...

This property was more like a mini-resort than a house! When we arrived, we were astonished at the sheer size of the grounds. The home was beautifully furnished and clean. Every person in our group was very impressed by the home. It was a pleasure working with the hosts as they responded quickly and were very accomodating. Upon arrival, one of the hosts (Cindy) was extremely wonderful in showing us how to operate all of the amenities (barbecue, firepit, jacuzzi, etc). She made sure our internet was in working order and did a wonderful job making sure our stay would be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and these hosts to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful getaway.

Summer 2020

We needed a a few days away before summer is over. This property is beautiful, big and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to preparare meals. Kim & Cindy were very friendly and helpful. We had a very relaxing and peaceful time. Thank you to the homeowners to share their beautiful house with us.
