Convenient and Tidy -- Terrible beds!!

The place had everything we needed for a 3 day stay, we always book with a kitchen. But the bed was so bad. It was really just a crappy mattress. We were quite uncomfortable sharing the bed so my wife attempted to check out the sofa bed - this pull out coil mattress is only a 2 inch thick with a tiny bit of foam over it so you could feel every wire and very stained and the couch was equally awful and dirty so also not good for sleeping. Beware this place does not actually sleep 4 people properly. We honestly couldn't wait to get home to our own bed. Also there is an exhaust fan outside the bedroom window that goes on and off constantly from the neighbours house and it was also really loud and bothersome while trying to sleep. Hot water also took ages to come through the taps in the bathroom and shower. Perhaps no one had stayed there for some time before us, not sure. I'm sorry for this review, but for the price with all the fees it wasn't worth it, should have just stayed in a hotel.

Monthlong stay on the mountain

I stayed for one month at Anna's place in Langford! Overall, for the price I would say it was very worthwhile for what I was there for- working remotely for a month while enjoying the fall scenery. :) Communication: Anna's overall communication was super fast! She would usually reply to me within an hour if I had any quick questions, and generally did a great job prepping me for before my arrival, as well as notified me of password for Wi-Fi and amenity usage within the first 30 minutes of my stay Amenities: overall The amenities that this rental are rather basic- there's a full stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, pots and pans. There's a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster which was nice to have. Basics provided: it was nice that there was enough toilet paper for me to last a month, as well she provided laundry pods for the laundry machine, and soap and shampoo for the shower. This saved me a lot of hassle in the first few days I was there! The location: overall, the location is close to local stores for groceries, and very close to the outdoors (as most places are on the island 😊). This is very much a suburb neighborhood though, so if you want something more in the city you'll have to go closer to victoria- but for someone from Toronto, the 20-minute drive to get all the way downtown was honestly not much of a hassle ;) Overall a lovely stay!

Decent place for the price. Some wear and tear but clean and stocked with amenities. Could use a table lamp or 2 as there’s only the overhead light in the main area. Some noise from upstairs but during normal hours so not a problem.

When arrived noticed the fridge was dirty and the toilet wasn’t working, bathroom shower had hairs and the beds needed upgrade. Would be nice to have more ustensils( only 1 per each so 4 in total) No access to the yard.

Ground-level suite in family neighborhood

The suite was immaculately clean and had everything you could need (fully-equipped kitchen, new towels, washer & dryer, tv with Netflix). The bedroom has a queen bed with single trundle that slides from under and living room has a Queen sofa bed. Family is quiet but you might hear a few footsteps when they rise at 6:30-8:30 am. 5 min to Langford mall/grocery/drug/restaurants, 10 min drive to lots of beaches (Witty, Coberg, Thetis Lake), and 20 min to downtown Victoria (breweries, etc). We’ll definitely stay here again.
