The host was incredibly easy to talk to, friendly, informative and quick to respond. The property/condo are gorgeous! Decent sized pool and big area with plenty of places to sit and lay out. The private beach access is about a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

This townhouse can easily fit 6 adults and two children. Comfortable beds and awesome AC.Very short walk to the beach access and a half mile walk to Harris Teeter.Almost a resort-like atmosphere at the pool, which is entirely surrounded by the Indian Summer townhouses.Only caveat: the parking spot for the townhouse is a very tight turn. Certainly not the fault of the owner! But be careful pulling in.

Family vacation

Nice clean property. Short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our week stay and all the many things available for the kids to do. Was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the pool and the deck also.

Great Condo and Excellent Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had plenty of space, included everything we needed, and is located just steps from the beach! Also, Kathleen was very responsive and addressed all our questions right away. We would definitely recommend this condo and location!

Everything about this place was great, easy and on point. Location was perfect, time of visit was perfect. Zero complaints (except I did not catch any fish at the beach, but I tried). I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay. Our family was in town for our nephew's wedding. Condo was clean, close to the beach and the convenience to the local markets made it very easy to shop. The bonus of being able to use beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon put this stay over the top. Overall, a great experience. We will be returning.

A great beach condo

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It's very close to the beach, the pool is fun for the kids, and the porch is lovely to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Pretty clean, and the kitchen had a good amount of dishes and utensils. Kathleen was very easy to get in touch with and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Mother daughters getaway

From the moment we arrived until we left, we had an amazing time enjoying the condo and touring around Corolla and Duck. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy laying on the beach due to the rough rip currents and high waters so we enjoyed the community pool which was so refreshing. The condo was perfect and so cozy. We will def stay here again.

Perfect get away during the pandemic!

The place has everything you need! Many beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of chairs on the porch and inside. I am a cook so we brought our food and a cook definitely lives there since every utensil i needed was available! Great week!
