The host was responsive when there were issues with blown fuses. We tried the management company with no luck. The carpeting is pretty dirty/stained throughout. This is pretty typical of properties in Paradise Palms. We love the resort amenities and feel very secure.

Great Stay

My family and I have stayed at this resort a number of times, always in different properties. The amenities are great - we love the community pool and the backyard pool is nice for a quick swim. Close to Disney 20-30 minutes from most parks and Disney Springs. Host was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond.

Paradise Palms

We rented in august for our February stay. The home was clean and had all that we needed. The clubhouse and community pool were beautiful although our stay didn’t give us time to enjoy them

We enjoyed our stay overall — it’s a nice home in a wonderful neighborhood, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was smaller than we expected, but the kids still enjoyed it. During our stay the temperature dropped to around 30 at night and we were very cold because the thermostat was locked and we couldn’t turn the heat up. We also experienced the breaker in the two upstairs rooms tripping several times, but the host was responsive and told us where the breaker panel was so we could reset it when needed.We know it’s Florida and understand that bugs can be common, but we did notice frequent cockroaches in the kitchen, living room, and dining room, which affected our comfort. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed for future guests. With a few maintenance fixes, this could be an even better stay.

Family Vacation

Exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, safe and convenient property with a great community clubhouse area that felt like a 5-start resort. Good food, drinks and many amenities. (Weight room, arcade, kiddie pool, slide, theater, etc.) Our place was within walking distance to the clubhouse. Two story villa had plenty of space and a nice pool in the back. Our furry family member was welcome and seemed to enjoy her time as well. Lots of restaurants, ice cream and grocery within 5-10 minutes. 15-20 minutes to all Disney parks and Disney Springs. Quick access to turnpike to get in and out of Orlando. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be returning.
