This is a townhome with 5 bedrooms of which 2 are ensuites, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool. The space is renovated with vinyl laminate, the latest technology with new thermostats, and TVs in every bedroom.

This home is a few steps from the clubhouse which offers a great resort pool, workout area, and game rooms. This is a gated resort by Disney World and is easy to go to the Orlando area.

The space is Fully renovated with no carpet.
Bring the whole family to this incredible place.

The main floor is a large open floor with a Full kitchen equipped, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom for safety and convenience.You will also find the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

All of our bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV with cable service.

Family New Years

We rented this house so that we could get together with family for the New Year. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space. The open setting of the kitchen and living room plus dining area was perfect for hanging out. The bedrooms were spacious. The upstairs bunks are full size bunks so easily 2 kids could fit on top and on bottom. The neighborhood is nice. Pool, playground and sports courts right across the street. Even a movie theater with 3 movie showings a day. Our only hiccups were a few minor cleaning things. Some dirty dishes found in the cabinet. Likely put away by a past tenant and not double checked by cleaning. Also, sheets on 2 of the beds were damp when we went to put the kids to bed. Thinking the cleaning crew was rushing a put them on damp. Would have rather had to make the beds ourselves than deal with the damp sheets but mistakes happen.
