The Tiny is well suited for two people. However, The pull-down bed makes the “living area” unusable. There is no space to maneuver when it is in the down position. No place to sit when it is in the up position. The pull-bed also squeaked badly, making it a terrible bed to sleep on.
A small microwave and toaster oven would make the small kitchen perfect.
Screens missing, no silverware, windows not fully functional, way too many pillows for a tiny space, ( no where to out them all), legs on fold out bed didnt lock
Just difficult to 2 large adults to manuever but what would u expect
We had a great experience, the conditions were extremely clean, the property management was very helpful and friendly. They have a little coffee bistro next to the tiny homes that was amazing. I highly recommend staying here, I’m definitely coming back here for my next snowboarding trip to Wolf Creek!

4 Tiny Houses, Restaurant and Bar & a Larger Log Home for Gatherings. This Property had a stream with small waterfalls with Adirondack chairs to enjoy. We Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to visit again
This tiny home was precious! Although not super roomy (duh, tiny home), it provided us with a good space for 2 nights as we explored the South Fork and Creede areas. It was clean and decorated cute! There was basically everything we needed, although I think a few more hooks hung somewhere for bath towels would be nice. Also, We did get a bit hot in the early evenings and wished there was at least a fan to use, but we are from TX and are soooo used to our ceiling fans and box fans blowing all the time! We all thought the best part was the cafe for breakfast - it was delicious and everyone was so nice and helpful! We ate there both mornings of our stay! I'd recommend this property, for sure, esp if you want a good location for a good price!
FYI: We were traveling as a family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 10 yrs old).
Stayed with family of four (two sons-10&13). It was perfect for us. It included a Murphy bed that we could fold up when we needed the sitting space. Then slept four comfortably at night with the upstairs loft bed. Very clean, well put together and very homey. Would definitely stay there again!!
We stayed at Tiny Timbers to ski at Wolf Creek for the week. The tiny houses are very cute and it’s a quick drive up to the mountain. The tiny house was very clean. The murphy bed gave us extra space for yoga. Based on another review, we brought our own hangers as there are none provided and not many places to hang up coats, etc. We also brought our own electric kettle to boil water which came in handy. We wish there would have been a skillet to cook with, in addition to the pots that were provided.
I really loved my stay at Tiny Timbers Resorts. Staying at the Shade Sandy tiny house worked well for snowboarding at nearby Wolf Creek. The tiny houses are perfect for 2 adults in the winter. Managing ski equipment was a little challenging, as the interior space is limited, but we made it work. One small request: please add more hooks for hanging clothes and wet gear! One might consider bringing an electric kettle for heating water. Awesome coffee bistro on premise. Definitely will return in the future. Double thumbs up!
My stay in the tiny cabin in South Fork was the retreat I needed. The home was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean and well designed! I enjoyed walking to the cafe and exploring the national forest right in the backyard. Thanks for making my stay in South Fork so lovely!
