BEAUTIFUL Beach Sunsets on Marco Island. Updated 2 Bedroom Townhouse style Condo right across the street from the Beach at the Island Manor. King Bed in Master and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom(can be converted to king). Also a queen pullout. 1 and 1/2 baths with Lanai overlooking the heated pool for your morning coffee or drinks later. All new Memory Foam Hybrid mattresses. Fully furnished w/ LED cable Tv's in Living Room and in both bedrooms. Full Kitchen with dishwasher, stove and Frig. Heated Pool and walking distance to many restaurants. NO Pets and NO Smoking. We are the owners of this Condo and treat it like our own house.

Marco Island Condo

Wonderful, clean, well equipped condo a short walk from the public entrance to beautiful Residents Beach. This complex is immaculate and had a lovely pool. Convenient location close to beach, restaurants and grocery stores. People at complex that own units are very friendly to renters as well, which is especially nice. Loved it!

We owned a house on Marco Island for 13 years and just bought this condo to visit. We love it here.

Why they chose this property

This condo is across street from the beach and close(short walk) to 6 restaurants. Residents beach is diagonal to the complex. However you must buy a pass at MICA to get into. The free beach access is a short walk past Residents beach. The condo has laundry available in the complex.
