This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo includes all the amenities you desire for the perfect beach vacation. Watch the sunset sink below the horizon with a glass of wine on your private, full-furnished balcony. Looking for the perfect spot to cool off? Take a dip in the large community swimming pool or enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches just steps away! The beautifully renovated, fully-equipped kitchen will provide everything you need to prepare meals at home. Looking to explore around the island? Hop on the FREE Anna Maria Island Trolley and venture to popular areas like Pine Avenue, where you will find great dining a shopping!

*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was a great location -- quiet neighborhood but also near restaurants and a grocery store. It was also exceptionally clean when we arrived!I will warn those with children and older adults that there is an easy-to-miss step leading from the dining area to the den. Although it's marked with yellow and black tape on the edge, it would still be easy to fall, or have a dining room chair slide off. A nice railing along the edge would be a good addition if the property owners would consider it.Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay there again!

Anna Marie an island paradise.

The location is perfect to watch sunsets and right on the beach. Close to restaurants I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location & clean!

Emerald Cove is a great rental on the beach. We stayed with 2 of us. It was clean, a perfect location for us in the middle of AMI in Holmes Beach. We were steps away from the beach and walked it every morning. We took our bikes with us and rode 95 miles in 4 days, just cruising around. We can’t wait to return to AMI and would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

We were looking for a getaway by the beach - comfortable, easy, and clean. The condo far exceeded our expectations in every way! The place was so spacious, the 1.5 baths were clean with good hot water and water pressure, the furniture was really nice, the kitchen was modern and well-apportioned. The deck was large with a great view. 1 minute walk to the best part of the beach. A really nice pool to cool down in after the beach. The check in/out process was so easy. And the location was great for easy trips to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. This end of the island seems nicer than other areas we saw. All in all, we could not have had a better experience and hope to stay here again.

Called and texted about getting code for beach chairs no response Texted again after 5 days got response We ended up buying 2 beach chairs because of lack of response Needs a little extra things like salt and pepper, maybe a couple bottles of water Can hear people walking around in the condo above us Very good location and nice pool

Spacious and Fabulous view

The property is perfect for a couple or small family. Our two kids (9 and 13) crashed on large sofa. We had our own private suite. So we could space out from one another. Million dollar views. Can eat every meal on patio or from kitchen table and watch the ocean and dolphins daily . It was lovely to escape the sun without missing the ocean. My husband and I were able to enjoy the patio at sunset while kids relaxed. The pool below was a touch awkward when people were out, but mostly it was private and quiet. You are steps from gorgeous white sandy beach. Location is nice because it’s not in the heart of Anna Maria and so a touch less crowded. Private parking. The property owner was prompt at responding. Very clean and with all the accommodations we needed. Ultimate relaxation! Would stay again!!

Loved AMI

Great location, pool clean and not busy, beach sand was like baby powder. Would definitely go back! Noisy feet upstairs, lighting poor, and on the last day the toilet ran after flushing.
