This condo is located on the second floor and an elevator access is available from the private parking area, a bright and airy two bedroom getaway that sleeps up to four. The complete galley kitchen offers a choice of eating in, or, if you prefer, there are numerous restaurants located just two miles away in Historic Fernandina Beach. These cozy oceanfront villas, located in a quiet beach area, are literally steps from the ocean and are a beautiful choice for a seaside Florida vacation rental. This Coral Sands villa features a living room and a dining room area that gives you a wonderful view of the ocean. The master bedroom faces the ocean, offering breathtaking sunrises from bed. The oceanfront deck is a perfect place to start the morning or quietly finish the day. It is a cozy and warm place for that much needed break. Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.



Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.



This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $175 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations, and 25 lbs. is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
