Mini Margaritaville … Waterfront home with tropical infinity pool and margaritaville decor. Fabulous tropical getaway home on 10-mile canal. A secluded two-mile boat ride to Gulf Beaches. Beautifully remodeled home with three bedrooms, two baths, and a tropical pool setting. The inside is wonderful and relaxing, but the décor of the Jimmy Buffett appointed screened porch and pool area is likely where you will spend most of your time. In the morning, sit on the Adirondack chairs while enjoying a cup of coffee, the sunrise, or your favorite tv show. Afternoons can be reserved for a cold cocktail while sitting at the Margaritaville tiki bar gazing for dolphin and manatee. During the evenings, sip on a glass of wine while enjoying the SWFL sunset. The boat dock is also a great place to sit and read a book or fish with the help of the Snook light.
My home has an open concept with living room/kitchen/dining area. Large kitchen has all the amenities to cook or order in from local restaurants. The master suite has a walk-in closet and large master bath, including a walk-in shower. A full bed in one guest bedroom and full futon couch in other bedroom/office complete the accommodations. Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house with three large tv’s with Hulu and Netflix add to the relaxing experience. The house has room to tie up your boat so bring it or rent one from close-by Mullet Creek Marina.

The upscale, quiet, waterfront neighborhood is centrally located! Seven miles to Gulf Coast Town Center Mall, 10 miles to Coconut Point Mall shopping/dining, and downtown Naples is only 30 miles away. Twins Stadium 6 miles, Red Sox Stadium is 12 miles, the airport is 10 miles, and FGCU is 10 miles. There are too many beaches to name, only 13 miles to Fort Myers Beach and 18 miles to Sanibel. It is 293 miles to Margaritaville in Key West, 154 miles to Margaritaville in Orlando, 135 miles to Margaritaville in Orlando, but Mini Margaritaville is out the back door.

Amazing place to stay

Carl is a great host beautiful piece of property on a canal.Carl was always there when or if we needed anything.We went there on a golf vacation lots of golf courses in the area.I would recommend this place to anyone adults kids everyone

Mini Margaritaville

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so nicely decorated and very comfortable. Located close to tamiami trail yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Fishing from the dock was great and the guys enjoyed fishing in the canal as well in their small fishing boat. Carl was very accessible and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would definately recommend this rental. Perfect for 4 guests. Thank you Carl!
