This New Modern high end luxury home will take your breath away! Fully furnished down to the towels. The gourmet kitchen has high end Woolf appliances double oven, Scotsman pebble ice maker, SubZero fridge. The backyard is an entertainers dream! It has a beautiful heated pool and spa! The built in BBQ is great for grilling and the large extended patio has remote controlled solar screens, large TV and fireplace, dining for 8 will let you enjoy the beautiful AZ outdoors! The home has 3 bedrooms and a bonus playroom with fold down couch.
All beds have pillowtop mattresses so you will sleep well! Don't forget A playroom with an xbox 360 and playstation, also an exercise room for your workouts. The master suite complete with A beautiful bathroom that has a large shower with dual heads one of them is an overhead rain shower, the oversized tranquil soaking tub and dual sinks.
There is no pool fence barrier so this home is not suitable for small children. Sorry no Pets No Parties this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Absolutely no smoking or candle use! You will be required to sign a pool liability waiver. Heated pool at an extra charge.

Wonderful Home:

My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful, clean home in an excellent location. This house definitely has the "Wow Factor"! One of our favorite activities was sitting out on the patio in front of the fireplace with the remote screens down watching TV. The owners were very responsive and great hosts.

Beautiful Arizona

Myself and my family rented this amazing place from the Adam’s family. Everything about our stay was welcoming and comfortable. When we arrived waiting for us was a note card to welcome us along with a bottle of wine and some tasty cheese. We appreciated that so much. The quality of everything in the house was wonderful. From the comfy beds and furniture to the dishes, pots and pans, and all of the appliances where top notch. The Sonic ice maker was the cherry on top. We spent most of our time in the well appointed backyard starting with the pool and again top of the line outdoor furniture, fireplace and evenings spent watching TV outside as well. Communication with Shereen was easy and prompt. Would definitely rent their beautiful home again. Thanks Adam’s family

Beautiful luxury home with all the amenities!

This trip was with my wife and kids for spring break. The house is a short 30 minutes from the airport with plenty of shopping and restaurants next door if you decide to leave this place. LOVED that they had a build in ice maker with the ice pellets like you get from Sonic fountain drinks. We made a few meals at the house and their is everything that you need from a slow cooker to an air fryer on top of the gourmet kitchen. Plenty of seating for the entire family at the bar or table. Every TV has Apple TV and Hulu! We opted for the heated pool which was great as the weather was hovering around 70. Would definitely return! Highly recommended! Thanks Adam's Family for hosting us!

Great house for couples vacay

We did a 5 night stay at this place and it was great. Pool and hot tub are large and very enjoyable. The entire house was smart enabled and made it fun to play music and operate things. The kitchen and back patio is where we lived and the kitchen was stocked with any appliances we needed. We really enjoyed going to downtown chandler for beer and cocktails while going to San tan to hike. Both are about a 20 minute drive from house. We drove up to Scottsdale for a day and would suggest doing downtown chandler that is closer instead. When we return we hope it’s available to stay there again.

This home is a rare find for a vacation rental. We live in Arizona some of the year but would like others to enjoy this new modern home that has spared no expense. You will not be disappointed if you choose this home. There is no pool barrier fence so it is not suited for small children.

What makes this property unique

The large wall of windows in the great room opens completely up to bring the outside in. This home has a truly great layout for enjoying gatherings.
