You are looking at our Sea Shell Condominium on beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. Our Family is from a small town near Fort Wayne, Indiana. We purchased our condo in 1998 and have been renting since then. The condo is located directly on Siesta Key's Crescent Beach in Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota is a quiet retirement community that has many snowbirds from the Midwest in the Winter, spring breakers in the Spring, and vacationers in the Summer and Fall. Crescent Beach on Siesta Key has been rated #1 best in the USA. You can see from the pictures, it has beautiful white sand and a relaxing atmosphere.


Saturday to Saturday rentals only, please. A month for rental purposes consists of 4 full weeks beginning the first Saturday of the month.

Very well appointed kitchen. We like to cook on our trips and it was lovely to have the ability to do so. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Comfortable beds too. Host was very friendly and communicated instantly when we had a question.

The apartment was fully stocked, super clean, and spacious. The location was fabulous. It is steps to the clearest water in Florida. Across the street is a little village with restaurants and shops as well as rentals. We rented paddle boards and just walked the boards across the street. There is a trolly right outside the property if you don’t want to drive. The area is the calmer Siesta key area but the louder area is only 10 minutes away. Overall we loved the place and and the host was wonderful. We will be coming back.

This was by far the best beach rental we have ever had!!! The location on the beach was perfect. The place was spotless top to bottom and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, etc. The living room and bedrooms were sound proof. There were plenty of towels for the week's use and the laundry was right around the corner next to the elevators. My family had such an amazing week and we couldn't be more appreciative of the host. We look forward to staying at their place again!!!

Great Family Spot Just Steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out were super easy too. Great spot for a family getaway!

We loved staying here on Crescent Beach. We had everything we needed to make meals, plenty of beds for our family of six, lots of seating in the living room and a nice dinning area. The TVs worked great with the tv service they have. Great spot near the elevator and laundry room. I reached out to the owner about a few things that were broke etc in the condo unit. He was very appreciative that I took the time of reporting things that might not be right. This is a great spot in Siesta Key. Right across the street from Captain Curt's and the Crescent Market. Also the shuttle bus stop was close by. We would definately rent from this owner again.

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have room for towels in our luggage and they went out and provided beach towels for us! We returned them but it was a great gesture for sure! We will be back again this year and years to come!
