Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property is next to a bayou and has a lovely view. The owner is very responsive to any issues that might arise, and there is an onsite property manager that is there frequently. Visitors should know that you do not have the entire outside property to yourselves. The Plantation is part of a group of five or six rentals referred to as The Hideaway. The congregate breakfast room is roughly equivalent to a sun porch and adjacent to the plantation living space. It was not used by the other guests much so it was not a problem for us. Also, the outside porch for the "Banana" unit, is right next to one of the plantation bedrooms. If the Banana people decide to have coffee on the porch at 8am while you are still in bed, you will hear every word of the conversation. You are able to rent both units if you have a larger group and need the extra space. Panama City is still struggling to recover from Hurricane Michael. This is a pleasant option if you are in the area, you just need to know what to expect.

Thank you for your thoughts and accuracy in representing what we have to offer our guests. The only thing I would like to add is that we have now close "Sun-Rise Cafe" until further notice in an effort to reduce the risk of closed common areas for our guests safety. We have gone to great efforts to keep the homes clean and private with little to no need to cross each others paths. No common lobbies, elevators, etc... with close proximity parking. We have multiple BBQ and deck areas that are semi private to allow our guests their space and paddle boarding, kayaks and bicycles for your use giving our guest little to require venturing out if they so choose to stay put.
