A large deck directly off the living room has a table and chairs, perfect for eating al fresco in the summer under the gorgeous pines. There are 2 full bathrooms downstairs, and a half bath upstairs. It is both cozy and relaxing.

The location is spectacular - walking distance to many great restaurants, also to the Hyatt Hotel and Spa and all its amenities, including North Shore's best Casino, as well as the Incline Recreation Center, which offers swimming, basketball, a fitness room, and fitness classes. Incline Beach, which is across the street, is a private beach and since the pandemic, has only been open to residents. However, public beaches are close by: Sand Harbor Beach a mere 3 miles away, and Kings Beach only 6 miles away.
