This home was everything you'd ever want a vacation home to be. It was a welcoming and cozy space perfect for being a home base while exploring the city and nature, and just as perfect for staying in on a cold, rainy day. The attention to detail was outstanding and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it!
The apartment was lovely. It was perfectly appointed with everything you could need. Tamara is a great host. Her communication was excellent and everything worked smoothly. The back garden is especially lovely.
My best friend and I took a trip up here to get away for a week. Tamara was the best host and so sweet; house and location were amazing! There was so much to do in the area and to come back to a quiet neighborhood and relax was so nice! The house was so clean and cozy, a binder was provided for literally everything you could think of from museums to the best food and cocktails in town! Will definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to anyone staying in the area!
We loved our stay in this delightful and perfectly appointed historic house. Our host was lovely.

About the host

I own my business as a professional organizer. My business name is An Eye For Detail Professional Organization. I love making the world prettier and neater one space at a time. I started the business 7 years ago and never looked back. I had been a landlord for 17 years, but it was time to branch out and rent my second apartment a new way. I love meeting new people and hosting. I also know how to give space. I look forward to he opportunity to exceed people's expectations.
Why they chose this property
This is house is such a great old house with all the charm of wood, built-ins, high ceilings, and a clawfoot tub, but decorated to make someone feel the relaxation you would feel in a nice hotel. The idea is a home away from home, but calmer. The neighborhood is the biggest perk though! A quiet area nestled right between all the most exciting places. Almost everywhere you may want to go is under 10 minutes away or less. And with Uber and Lyft arriving within minutes, you never have to think about a thing.
