Ideal location in the more quiet environs of Aleth near the magnificent Solidor tower. Parking is widely available in the area and it a short walk across the street for the beach and swimming. Nice views over the harbour with walking to the WWII cupola, 39-45 memorial fortifications and the point de view overlooking the St Malo and Dinard harbours with beautiful sunsets. The apartment was decently appointed with a tiny closet with toilet and a separate bathroom with a good shower with rain and hand held spray heads, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Small but adequate galley kitchen with plenty of utensils, cutlery, plates and sharp kitchen knives. Regretfully no wine glasses (after all it is France). Simple convenience items like aluminium foil and cling wrap would also be nice and usually found at this price point. Responsive hosting company but when requested a late check out reply came 5 min before check out, which wasn’t much use, as we had already left. Simple instructions on use of oven and microwave would also be helpful as would fixing the cabinet door over the microwave making use awkward.
